Focus at Work offers a range of governance development programs to assist boards and management committees enhance their governance and performance.

Typically, our programs incorporate:

• an examination of current governance mechanisms and processes, including personal interviews and surveys of board members and senior managers;
• workshops providing feedback on data collected, identification of key success sources factors for good governance and board effectiveness, and handy reference material;
• development of an Action Plan to assist organisations improve their governance and performance.

Each program is individually tailored to the particular organisation.
