The principal of Focus at Work, Kerryn Newton, has Masters qualifications in Law, Business Administration and Arts (International Studies). In addition, Kerryn has been awarded the Company Directors' Diploma from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Kerryn has extensive experience working in high level positions in the private, public, non-profit and community sectors, and has been the recipient of numerous awards and commendations for excellence in academic and professional life.

Kerryn's leadership and management experience has been augmented through holding various executive positions on the boards of a number of community, non-profit and private organisations and companies.
